Healthy Birth Practices

Lamaze and InJoy have partnered to make some great free videos discussing the how-to's and importance of preparing and planning for a healthy birth. This is the first video in the series, and along with some great comfort measures footage, there is the testimonial of a couple who switched their providers at 27 weeks of pregnancy. I would encourage you to seek a care provider you can agree with on your birth plan and not to ever think it's too late to switch. I, personally, switched at 35 weeks with one of my pregnancies.
